    You can learn English by memorizing patterns. This technique is very useful, since native English speakers speak using memorizing patterns mostly. Usually, people don't think of grammar rules in chit-chats.
    Talkenglish.com made a whole website of patterns.

    Although this method is very powerful it has some cons. You cannot memorize a pattern for everything, your lexicon is poor, you cannot make complex sentences.
    Use patterns for a doctor consultation, ambulance calls, informal speeches.
