	7:00 - I have breakfast. For breakfast I prepare: 2 pieces of bread with cheese, ham, a tomato and lettuce and a cup of coffee without sugar.		7:00 Faccio colazione. Per colazione Mi preparo due fette di pane con formaggio, prosciutto, pomodoro e lattuga e una tazza di caffe senza zucchero.
